Hi, I’m Megan. I have over a decade of experience in mental health, specializing in Complex PTSD and Borderline Personality Disorder. My approach to therapy is warm, direct, and radically genuine. You can expect me to meet you exactly where you are today.

While learning DBT skills will be our primary focus, true healing often requires looking beneath the surface. Once we have established a strong foundation of emotional regulation, we can carefully integrate deeper trauma-focused work to help you build a life worth living.

DBT is highly specialized, structured skills training that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. Because I dedicate significant time to this evidence-based approach, I am an Out-of-Network (OON) provider.

Investment: $200 per individual session and $100 for per group session. (Note: Many of my clients receive 50% to 80% of this cost back through their out-of-network insurance benefits).
